Pros
Benefits are excellent, pay is excellent. Some of the employees and managers are excellent.
Cons
Poor management. racist remarks, cover-ups, company states they have a open door policy but they don't. A lot of clicks in the company. No professionalism. No loyalty to long time employees. Long time management should be able to read through the lines.
