      Pros

      Zoho is a very employee-friendly company with a strong focus on learning and long-term growth. The work culture is simple, respectful, and encourages you to take ownership of your work. It’s a great place to understand how real products are built end-to-end. The environment is calm and supportive, and the teams are filled with talented and approachable people. Work-life balance is generally good, and there’s a lot of freedom to explore new ideas.

      Cons

      Honestly, there are no major downsides worth mentioning.

      Pros

      First couple of years it was actually a good job filled with understanding and super cool people. Those people have either left or changed for the worse.

      Cons

      As Zoho has shifted focus to upmarket, they have shifted from being a “different” company to being like every other company. Went from remote to hybrid back RTO. However, they make exceptions for some people and not others. Very big on favoritism and fear mongering. There is definitely racial and gender discrimination there as well. People no longer enjoy working there. They just do what they have to so they stay under the radar or to make other look bad so they look good.
