Pros
Zoho is a very good company, but Salesiq team of zoho is worst , they treat employees like slaves. You should not have a personal life if you join this team.
Cons
Long office hours, you have to stay on saturday and sunday on office even when you have no pending work to do. Lack of planning in work. The work you do will be waste most of the time it will never reach the customer. Lot of stress. If you are a girl donot even think about joining the team the lead will surely try to send you out by pressuring you. Please don't waste your carrier by join this team.
