You are expected to work as slaves and you won't be getting any happiness at work. Full of politics . Managers won't consider employees and your work won't be recognized at any point and you won't be treated good and motivated even if you contribute a lot. Though work culture and work space is flexible to employees , you can't utilize it in this team . No one from the management will look and take steps here . You will be blammed with fake reasons . Zoho is good but ManageEngine is very bad . Better prefer a good stress free working environment than prefering to work here .
