Working with cutting-edge technology is genuinely engaging. There is extensive use of AI, both externally integrated into the product and internally across teams, which significantly accelerates development and helps produce well-designed, high-quality code.
Cons
At times, product decisions are not fully clear to the engineering team. However, despite this, the company successfully released two major GTM products that meaningfully support sales decision-makers.

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback about working with our engineering and AI driven product teams. It is great to hear that the focus on modern tools and high quality code is showing up in your day to day experience. I agree that as we grow we need to keep sharpening product clarity and alignment. I will share with my leadership team that cross functional communication is an area we need to focus on – our teams make a huge impact and they should be able to clearly see it. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

Get stuff done culture. Really increased the talent density over time. Good people who genuinely care. Forward thinking on AI - most companies are not there
Cons
Pace can cause whiplash - but a lot of it is market conditions and the need to adapt

Business Outlook
Pros
ZoomInfo has an incredible company culture that truly stands out-- even working remotely, you feel connected and part of something bigger. The company has a strong focus on being a leader in its space and is constantly innovating, which keeps the work exciting and meaningful. There is a genuine willingness to let ideas and concepts flourish, and employees are empowered to contribute in real ways. I am coming up on four years here, which speaks for itself-- this is a place where you can grow, get promoted quickly, and build a real career. The development resources are outstanding, including McKinsey Leadership programs, internal leadership courses, and LinkedIn Learning. Managers are supportive and invested in your success which makes showing up to work exciting
Cons
At times, communication between departments can be a challenge at the individual contributor level, which can make cross-functional collaboration feel a bit siloed. Additionally, there is still work to be done around diversity in leadership-- increasing representation of people of color and women in leadership roles would make an already great culture even stronger.
