- Management at all levels including upper management has an open door policy. If I wanted to talk to Henry, the CEO, I could easily go in his office and talk to him about something no questions asked. - If you are the sum of who you are around the most then you'll be a bright and hardworking person based on your peers here. Your peers and colleagues are some of the best and brightest in any industry. You feel like people not only are friendly but want to get to know you and help you succeed. You can easily develop friendships that extend past office hours. Your colleagues here are passionate, smart and fun. - With all the growth there are loads of promotions and department moves available at all times. Cons
- There is always a TON to get done due to the rapid growth of the company. This place will push you. Be prepared for it. - Communication bottlenecks happen. Be patient, ask questions, send follow up emails! - Parking is not great but that is the City of Vancouver's issue not the company. Know that you'll be paying for parking out of pocket and there are a few options around.
