Zoominfo is the best tool in the market and at times it feels like it can sell itself. Leadership is transparent about how we do things and why and always willing to sit down and provide as much clarity as possible. Even Henry, the CEO makes himself available. Zoominfo truly is a rocketship of a company and it's moving very fast. If you aren't willing to go all out when it's needed this probably isn't the right company for you. Cons
Can be considered cons to some... Extremely fast-paced. Very competitive when it comes to spiffs and promotions. Onboarding can feel like you are drinking from a firehose at times. High expectations to perform and work hard. You can't hide from metrics. Promotions are earned not given based on tenure or experience. Most of the sales org (AE, AMs, CSM, Leadership, etc) started in the SDR role.
