Frustration is high across the board. The stock has dropped by about half over the past year, which says a lot about where things stand. The company is declining fast, and there’s no clear sign of a turnaround. Things feel very unstable. If you’re thinking about joining, make sure to do your research. Problems at the top are having a bigger impact on daily work, product direction, and job security than most people realize.

Pros

Most of the rank and file employees are great people.

Cons

Terrible leadership, including CEO and COO. Year after year of poor performance and layoffs yet no change at the top? Terrible benefits that just get worse every year, which I'm sure none of the executives feel. Terrible pay for employees and no raises or bonuses. No job security, back to back years of layoffs.
