Overall feeling of the company: The management is confused, they over hire and fire later Work is secondary, making contacts is primary, politics and biases takes place No valuable career growth advice is received Feeling related to my particular team: if you join a new team, older members are less helpful and more bossy and show offs Agile process used is not flexible instead brings unnecessary interrogations The managers are not effective and everyone in the team tries to question critically and be bossy in the name of being a self managed team Few members demand transparency but then they are secretively working on subjects to enhance their importance in the team. I do not find my work environment healthy and I do not recommend working in Adidas in product development teams
