      China Management in Singapore - Technical Assistant ams OSRAM Employee Review

      Good pay and great benefits .The worst company ever work before! Machine are too close each other, work place very warm and sweaty like hell! Too many China worker and too crowed in clean room. Everyday clock in and out have to queue super long like Malaysia Custom and every day got people fighting during clock out. Throw all the hair net and gloves every where in changing room, toilet very dirty,canteen after food no clean up, very unhygienic! Company Always happen Racism, China worker said: “You all Singaporean are useless! That why company employ us from China!” Never see such company so dirty , no system and no standard!

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
