      Pros

      Full of creative and dedicated people. Technology they are working on is fascinating and excited.

      Cons

      Company in a major transition into a tech company. Lots of growing pains. Communication from top leadership about mission, goals, vision and future of the company is sporadic and nebulous at best. Transition = Growing pains Fewer and fewer employees asked to do fill and more roles.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
