As you mentioned, we try our best to continually improve our efficiency and effectiveness in order to build a better work place for our employees and managers. On the other side, we need to do good change management including making those new things stable and practical, to ensure a certain level of consistency in the work place.       Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
