      Small town vibe but with a national impact - Creative Manager ams OSRAM Employee Review

      Pros

      You'll find easily that there is a lot heritage at OSRAM SYLVANIA. Many of the people are in their double digits in terms of years at the company. You'll find husbands and wives, brothers and sisters all working at the company. There is definitely a feeling of family and being part of a tribe. Everybody is incredibility nice and friendly.

      Cons

      The office is located up in Hillsborough which means it'll take a drive if you don't live in one of the small surrounding town. The drive can be a beautiful one during the spring and summer months, but a bit dangerous honestly during the winter months.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
