      Pros

      The company has great products in some fields, and a high level of quality and trade connections. People use to work there for a lifetime

      Cons

      The company has come too late in changing to LED technology, and is not able to take advantagr of inhouse competences. It has made the company management to tey to restructure several times without having a strategy yet, causing lots of frustration among employees. Many have left due to the chaos this lack of strategic mangement have caused.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
