      You get paid, thats about it.

      Cons

      Get yelled at by your manager in front of other employees and customers, can't do anything to shoplifters and homeless people who wander in and bother customers, Favoritism among the manager and employees, manager will talk bad about you when you're not there with employees she favorited.

      Staff are great, communication is good, and the scheduling is fantastic.
