      Pros

      Employees are hard working and loyal. The energy you create as a store manager is the energy your building runs on.

      Cons

      Horrible pay for associates and floor supervisors considering workload. Hours are minimum and you often find yourself scrambling for coverage. As a store manager expect to put in long hours especially if you run a lower volume store. The regional managers are the worst I've ever encountered in retail. The DM was absolutely clueless as to what she was doing and sent endless e-mails throughout the day.

      Staff are great, communication is good, and the scheduling is fantastic.

      Customers can be messy or sometimes very rude for no reason.

      Lack of communication between management. It was obvious one manager works harder than the other and there is racial divide in the store,
