Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. structure uncertainty, the org I was in experienced a year long re-org and during that time engs don't have much to work on. quality isn't really a priority here somehow, it's just a very old company where no one really cares
