The transport facility is helpful but restricted due to limited slot options. We receive eBay coupons frequently, but high international shipping from India makes them hard to use. More local merchandise (shirts, bags, goodies) would be appreciated, especially since distribution is very limited. Team bonding could be better. With new people joining almost every Monday, more team dinners or get-togethers would help build stronger connections. A year-end shutdown or a short holiday week would boost morale. Also, employees joining after October not being eligible for the current hike/bonus cycle feels a bit discouraging.
