Pros
It is a work environment sure to challenge the ambitious and reward the successful. The company is in the midst of a transformation, and for those up to the job, they will forever be able to say that they were there when an American icon turned the corner (or didn't).
Cons
It is a stressful environment, and should be. Millions of people rely on us for their livlihoods and we take that responsibility seriously...and because we don't always fulfill those customers' needs completely, it can be a real pressurecooker.
