Pros
It's a local company that has lots of brand recognition. You tell people where you work, and they immediately know. One of the major reasons that I chose this company was a belief in the strengths of its fundamentals. When they came to my campus, there was so much talk about growth.
Cons
Bad decisions by current management, although there is some transparency. I feel that it's just not the company it used to be, because we've pissed off soooo many people and management believes that being bold is necessary in this stage of the company's life. My opinion is "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
