Pros
Great opportunities for learning if you take the initiative to do so (don't expect this to come from your management). Rock star coworkers. Good work/life balance + perks like the cafe, gym, SF shuttle, etc.
Cons
Inexperienced middle management. Frequent change in direction/strategy. Frequent re-orgs (significant reorgs every 6 - 9 months). Expect that most of the projects you work on either won't see the light of day or will be killed shortly after they release. Don't expect to get promoted no matter how fantastic your performance unless you're very skilled at navigating the politics.
