Pros
The work life balance is really good and from a financial perspective they take really good care of their employees. The people who work here are really smart and fun to be around. The work environment is suppose to be fun and has been for many years but seems like with the new leadership and all of the changes that may be going away.
Cons
I think that growth opportunities would be the biggest downside of working for eBay. All of the changes that are taking place with the new leadership team has created an environment of confusion and has others thinking that this is not the place for them.
