Pros
Good pay, decent benefits, free drinks always provided, able to work independently, lap top and cell phone provided, staff was very courteous and hard working.
Cons
Communication was more important than results. Management would rarely listen to ideas. Paypal would receive far more benefits then eBay employees, although the two groups were often merged.
