Pros
The company really has the employees best interest on mind and does everything to create an inclusive, fun and fair place to work. I appreciate the healthy work environment, the diversity and the good vibe that resonates across the company.
Cons
You might work with people across the globe, and that can result in early morning or late night calls. You need to be very aware of your boundaries and set them up straightforwardly from the very beginning. Also, it is a big corporation, sometimes processes do not make a lot of sense from a business perspective. You have to make peace with the fact that you cannot change everything.
