      Pros

      I am in my first year with eGain and so far have enjoyed working for this company. The training was great and allowed me to get the full picture of the companies vast capabilities. Management has been readily available. Overall the company is having a great year and prospects for success look good. I would recommend eGain to friends and family as a company with a lot of opportunities.

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

      Cons

      Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
