      Pros

      I liked the work environment and the people at eGain. Co-employees are very friendly from day 1 itself. There is no difference of being a fresher or a senior. Good learning experience for a fresher.

      Cons

      Low pay. No good perks. No fun events (apart from one Funtastic Friday once every month) No games for casual talks. You have to look at yur computer all day. Recently the change in rules and management is very bad.

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

      Cons

      Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
