However, I am disappointed that you felt your training and possible onboarding experience did not meet your expectations. As our team continues to work in a remote/hybrid environment, we are working on a revamped onboarding program. We will continue to refine this program based on feedback. In addition, thank you for your feedback regarding employee policies.

Pros

Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

Cons

Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
