If a rushed customer makes you miss a single word during a disclosure, you are marked down or forced to restart the script from the beginning, And its pages of word for word questions creating immense emotional stress if you miss a single word like "and or will or may"it makes it harder when someones telling you hurry common and hufing and puffing really inapropriate and having to start over ask the same questions making the customer more impatient and intense pressure on you as angent...after this experience im so grateful when i talk to a nice stranger no matter where it is over the phone or in person bc these customer really did a number on my emotions for months i know not everyone can be so entitled in this world so i left not bc the company but becaus the customers and ive worked in high stressful envirmonets but never delt with this specific group of people. .Lead Quality: Many of the leads felt like random cold calls rather than qualified prospects, making it much harder to hit sales targets.

While tracking and reporting are maintained, there is limited hands-on support, coaching, and clear direction for the team. Training is another challenge. Onboarding often relies on current employees who are expected to maintain their full workload, creating a high-pressure environment with little room for error. This makes it difficult for new hires to ramp up effectively and confidently.
