      none, absolutely none, this was mentally draining, and professionally exploitative.

      Cons

      I was GROSSLY underpaid, they paid me $60k in the bay area, and expected to work over some weekends. After working here for 5 years, they kicked me out claiming "restructuring" and gave me 7 weeks of base pay as severance, IN THE BAY AREA. IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO WORK HERE, DON'T. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

      Decent PTO, sick leave, and hybrid work.

      Nepotism, lack of career direction, poor wages, and stagnant raises for my colleagues and I - even though the company just announced a massive profit margin.
