      Pros

      Great products and easy dress code. Fun environment. Make our own schedule. Don't really have to do anything if you don't want. Can get away with anything.

      Cons

      Anything and everything! No mentoring from upper management to store managers. Regional managers do not do their job and never answer the phone when you need them because they are to busy out drinking with area managers. Do not work here! Pays is terrible and so is upper management

      Flexibility, great community, growth opportunities, supportive executives

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

      management... almost two years with no review and no raise. this was a district directive. very mean girl TOXIC, ego centric coming down from upper management. poorly run on all levels. we know that a company that is run like that, will fail! lol they are now out of business
