      Pros

      Flexibility to recruit and hire own team. Creativity is allowed with merchandising. Great discount. Incentive to BMR and ABM for making sales plan. Good training programs are available for your teams. A lot of resources are available to give you the tools to run your business.

      Cons

      Lots of weekends required. Company changing mind every week of expectations. Not able to offer employees a large enough hourly wage to new hires. This causes high turn over. Must always been recruiting.

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

      management... almost two years with no review and no raise. this was a district directive. very mean girl TOXIC, ego centric coming down from upper management. poorly run on all levels. we know that a company that is run like that, will fail! lol they are now out of business
