      Good discount for managers and above

      Cons

      Growing too big too fast. trying to cut money via payroll for comping stores and upper management. Let the stores grow their business instead of saturating the market with stores within 2 miles of each other.

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
