Pros
If you spent the time to read through all the reviews on here, you would find that this category has the fewest things in it, and they tend to be same on almost all the reviews, real or not. Occasional donuts, and thats seems about it. Great place if you enjoy cheap donuts once or twice a month.
Cons
This category could be filled to capacity unfortunately. The work load at imatrix is a joke for how many people are in support, and they don't just underpay employees, they under hire because most leave in a few months. Just read some previous posts from here i can assure you are real people who do or have worked here. These posts seemed to mostly hit it on the head. "SEO account manager"..."Field of Broken Dreams"... "Low Incentive low morale"..."over saturated"..."Faked reviews Horrible company run"... "client support coach"... "no leadership"..."falls flat"..."busting your butt for low wages"... "company more interested in revenue than its customers"..."lets pay our employees to leave fake reviews" ALL of those are just in the last year, if HR tries to say this place has improved or is a great place to work for the vast majority of those of us who are currently trapped here, just read these reviews. Remember these are JUST the people who take the time to write these and feel the need to tell you to RUN to a different job because they hate or hated theres here so much. Many people i know are currently looking for other work here as well if that is an indicator.
