7yWe’re glad to hear the new hire compensation is competitive, but as a team we don’t want to attract a candidate who is satisfied with coasting on training compensation.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who is motivated, driven, and strives to exceed minimum expectations to maximize their commission plan and grow within the organization.
The entry level sales role is a cold calling position that graduates to a lead eligible role once activity and performance standards are met. Every person who meets standards can become lead eligible and we strive to be very transparent with job duties and compensation.
We definitely do not ever want our reps calling on a business that has told us to stop calling them. This should be documented and filtered out of call views. We will further investigate this with the team, but if any active employees experience this we ask that you please involve your manager right away so that the client's preference (of not being called) can be updated in the system correctly.
