Pros
A company with an amazing amount of opportunity to grow your career. As long as you are a team player, client focused, and committed, you can get do great work and have an accelerated career. Definitely at the forefront of product development in performance marketing. Lots of smart people doing interesting things with AI and Machine Learning, data, and technology. Works with a lot of the best brands in the world. Working at iProspect is definitely good for the CV. Fast and fun culture. Very cliched, but has a work hard play hard style.
Cons
Because the industry moves so fast, there is a fair amount of change. If you don't like a fast pace and change, it's probably not for you.
