High work pressure Always more work than actually can be done in the time you get. Toxic environment Colleagues dragging each other down to work their way up. Not team work at all, save yourself. Management not people oriented Only focused on getting as much money in as possible, being billable. Management really doesnt care about people in a burn out, they want you to get back to work asap. Lots of colleagues in a burn out
