      Pros

      The CEO, Rubeen Singh is extremely compassionate and accomodating. The option of flexible work hours in the Bangalore branch

      Cons

      The top management representatives in Bangalore and Mumbai are extremely laid back, unfocused and unprofessional. There's lack of work ethics and decorum. When it comes to clearing vendore payments or FNF clearances, they won't clear them for months and months.

      Very kind, very smart people who really know their business well

      Cons

      They don't care about good work anymore. They just look at costs in a spreadsheet and make decisions on who to keep. It doesn't matter if we're doing what we agreed to, it matters if the numbers make sense. Why sign up for work if it doesn't make sense? When people leave they are not backfilled so you end up having to do their work and your work. I took a lateral move to a competitor offering a 20% raise
