      Pros

      Fantastic clients (unfortunately, the level of service they receive has dropped considerably).

      Cons

      They invest a lot of energy convincing themselves that the company culture is thriving, despite some obvious and significant issues. Many of the "cultural activities" and efforts appear more about image or pleasing a select few.

      Very kind, very smart people who really know their business well

      Cons

      They don't care about good work anymore. They just look at costs in a spreadsheet and make decisions on who to keep. It doesn't matter if we're doing what we agreed to, it matters if the numbers make sense. Why sign up for work if it doesn't make sense? When people leave they are not backfilled so you end up having to do their work and your work. I took a lateral move to a competitor offering a 20% raise
