      Pros

      I’ve been with EIP for four years, and I truly love this company and the work we do. If you’re passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community or the environment, this is the place for you. We’re a tight-knit team where everyone is valued, and the flexibility EIP offers is exceptional

      Cons

      The only potential downside of working at EIP is the amount of travel, it can be frequent depending on your role. While that may be a drawback for some, I personally don’t mind it and enjoy getting to spend time in our different offices.
