Pros
Decent pay (though you put in the hours) and you work on some cool projects.
Cons
LONG hours. AWFUL boss. The director doesn't tell you when you start you're expected to have NO life, work nights and weekends under tremendous pressure. She is the worst type of human being alive, an absolute tyrant. She regularly screamed and berated the staff and threw things in the studio. She would manipulate you to her advantage and when you resign you're instantly the enemy. Absolute nightmare of a company.
