    This enterprise has a good culture, that is oriented to a Coworking model of working. In addition, Entel Peru permits to their employees to have a good balance between work and family.

    Pros

    Company taking decision locally, with focus on innovation and acquiring the best of technologies, with a vision to be a world class company.

    Cons

    Senior management managed as a family business, low salaries, without retention plan for its talent, limited resources for training, and without Career Plans.

    Advice to Management

    Negotiate a high salary at the beginning because it will be difficult to get improvements in spite of a good performance and achievements.

    Pros

    Great working environment, leader in Chile and looking for investments across Latam. Leverage their experience in Chile in all their operations.

    Cons

    Does not operate as a Holding, leaders from Chilean operation review all their other investments. Does not invest in MBA education for employees

    Advice to Management

    As growing their subsidiaries they have to start considering another structure for review and recommendations. Also, they should look for MBA students and develop internship opportunities.
