Pros

Environment and technology are good.

Cons

Disengenuine HR department because HR has been dessimated and is now run by self promoting managers. The music label in PW is on the way out the door - their leadershop is nonexistant.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. eOne has grown quickly over the past few years, but we have also had to make some tough decisions in order to stay competitive and respond to market shifts. Our Port Washington office in particular has gone through a great deal of change, which is always tough. We hear you, we are focused on supporting our teams in Port Washington, and we are looking into this further.

Pros

Awesome Coffee Machine & Great View

Cons

Top executives don't know how to run their division. No growth. Horrible reality shows. They will overwork and underpay you. I did the job of 3 people and was paid as much as a production assistant. The post pa made more than me and he sat on Facebook. Stingy on paying OT. For a company that is public ally traided, treat your employees better and pay more.

Pros

good work / life balance

Cons

The company is constantly growing but doesn't seem to be focused on growing employees internally. Senior level employees are too busy protecting their own jobs and titles to grow and develop mid level managers. If you want to advance your career you will not find opportunities here.
