      Pros

      Literally sat on my computer all day at home with like 2 hours of work tops a day. Sometimes I took naps. Great benefits

      Cons

      Ready to be micromanaged? Emails needed to be reviewed by multiple people Won't let you make mistakes They don't trust the people who are doing good work or are knowledgeable but trust the people who know nothing Product is trash. They are like 50% right in their authentication and there's no room for argument or logic. Things take forever to change Employees aren't encouraged to solve problems directly without management involvement
