      real data-science, huge market, amazing culture

      Pros

      Solving a real problem with real data-science. Not half-baked data-science looking for a problem. Big, big, big market, lots of paying customers, great product A+ team, great leadership and a respectful, congenial culture that is all too rare in Silicon Valley

      Pros

      - Young company and small teams with plenty of opportunity to grow as the company grows in size - Leadership emphasizes employee growth across all divisions and encourages employess to take on challenges outside their core responsibilities - Transparent culture throughout the company - Frequent company wide meetings and management actively listens to employee feedback and makes necessary changes as needed - Overall great company, culture and people. I like everything about working here and I'm excited to be a part of it

      Cons

      Not really a con but something you should be aware of ... As with any startup things are in flux and change fast and there's some ambiguity with processes still being defined.

      Pros

      -Tech startup based in the heart of Silicon Valley -The product is very unique and nothing like it exists - the potential and market opportunity is massive as the company is solving a real problem -Great traction working with multi-billion dollar companies already at such a young stage in the company -Great open company culture -Everyone's feedback and opinions is asked for and taken seriously in making decisions -Weekly lunches and happy hours/no shortage of snacks -Coworkers are all very dedicated and everyone is working towards a common goal -Rapid advancement potential

      Cons

      -Not anything I can think of besides traffic after work (Highway 101 gets backed up)
