None really, this is a fun company you can grow your career with whilst working with very intelligent minds and cutting edge technology

-Too much of bureaucracy - Decision-making is highly centralized, limiting agility and ownership - Reactive approach - Some people really don’t know what they are doing and are not fit to be team managers or leads. They may throw you under the bus when things go off track even when they originally suggested that approach. Compared to other companies, these interactions often feel weird and confusing.
