Pros
He paid me on time every time except my last check. It was a good motivator to find another job. And I learned how the waste industry works.
Cons
Significantly underestimated the hours when describing the job. I never got to do the job I was hired for because there was no will to hire good, dependable staff. I ended up trying to be manager(my job) and all of the drivers (at least 70 hours worth of work per week) until I quit. Customer service was awful. Actual service was awful. Owner was friendly but full of intangible plans, but actual working solutions.
