      You get a paycheck every week

      Cons

      Don't step out of line or you'll be fired, or hours cut. Don't talk back, or make anyone mad off they will lay you off or fire you. On the surface everyone seems cool but they have no loyalty, and they will talk about you behind their back. The office and field are like opps.
