      Free snacks and coffee. Standing desks.

      Cons

      There is a lot of lip service to how “amazing” the company is, despite extremely expensive benefits and stingy PTO. People literally cried with gratitude when they instituted a few WEEKS of paid maternity leave.

      You may be dismissed when bringing a complaint to some people, with the response by some in upper management telling you that whatever happened is simply your story.
