    Nice location, nice views, and fun support team

    Cons

    a lot of cloak and dagger in the office.

    Advice to Management

    Involve more than one manager in hiring decision and have open door policy for real!

    Pros

    The pay is competitive and you can actually make good money if you meet high goals
    Laid back office with fun coworkers who know how to keep things from getting too serious... they give a lot of holidays off and you get a good work home balance. Working downtown is always fun.

    Cons

    No real opportunity to learn new things, where you come in you stay
    Turnover is a problem and bad hires create a low moral that like many companies spread quickly.
    Working downtown is a pain especially when parking in your building is $28 per day, get used to riding the bus.

    Get a better HR department

    Amazing team work environment, it's a fun place to work where we can count on each other, hard work is always recognized and appreciated. I have great pride and appreciation for my team. Work & life balance, flexible schedule. Envision takes care of its employees.

    Pros

    great location and fun team

    Cons

    Company has been in a continuous downsizing mode for years with zero growth, zero raises, and zero opportunity to advance but lots of layoffs

    There is no real leadership and has not been so for years. Meanwhile the company declines and morale goes in the pits.

    Expect to wear 5 or 6 hats and have lots of pressure to meet your goals and deadlines, which are for the most part totally unreasonable.

    It appears that no one at Envision is really happy and I wouldn't be surprised if most of the employees are looking for better jobs with growth opportunities

    Advice to Management

    Maybe you shouldn't have laid off most of the sales team cause we sure could use some new customers. Get realistic and stop coddling the engineering team. Make sure the product works before installing it.
