    Pros

Decent pay/decent benefits. If you are a hard worker Willing to work long hours, liked by management you can advance to management roles despite age.

    Cons

Very poor work life balance. Did not trust opinions of professional staff. Often puts blame on employees instead of looking at root of the problem. Leaves employees to work in stressful situations with little help.

    Advice to Management

Trust your employees professional opinions. Treat your employees better. Believe in Murphy's law. Schedule some wiggle room in your decision making, stafing, scheduling, work environment. Things don't aways go as planned, leave room for some error, no one is perfect. Your expectations do not match reality.
